The Inclusive Teaching & Learning Symposium is a bi-annual event designed to bring together instructors and staff from all over campus in dialogue, share their work and expertise, and learn about/reflect on what it means to continually commit to an inclusive mindset in higher education. 

Are you interested in creating sustainable culture change around diversity, inclusion, and equity? Do you want to know more about how to foster culture change in your classroom, your department, and on campus, but aren't really sure how to get started or what to do next? Please join us for our fourth bi-annual Inclusive Teaching & Learning Symposium! 

The UT Faculty Innovation Center, in collaboration with the College of Liberal Arts, College of Natural Sciences, the Cockrell School of Engineering's Women in Engineering Program, and the Well-Being in Learning Environments Program in the Counseling and Mental Health Center is excited to announce the fourth bi-annual Inclusive Teaching and Learning Symposium on Monday, November 4th in the Glickman Conference Center (RLP 1.302). The schedule will be as follows:

Light Breakfast and Check-In - 8:30-9:00AM

Opening Speaker - 9AM

3. A Model for Developing Cultural Competency, presented by University Housing & Dining
