How do we effectively integrate learning technologies into our teaching practices and help students succeed?  The three workshops in this series will introduce participants to the foundational concepts of blended learning and showcase several strategies for designing courses and assignments.

What's the perfect 'blend' of technology and teaching? Through an examination of the ten basic questions of blended course redesign, we will begin the process of reconceiving facetoface courses for blended teaching and learning environments. In this first of three workshops, we will take a look at the ‘big picture’ of blended course design and follow backwards design principles to design a course module.
