We are reading Small Teaching Online: Applying Learning Science in Online Classes by Flower Darby with James M. Lang which can be obtained from the library. We do have some physical copies so email Anne Braseby to make arrangements.
Small Teaching Online presents research-based teaching techniques and outlines practical and feasible applications to implement small teaching strategies that will positively impact the online classroom.
We will meet for four sessions, reading a part of the book each week. Discussions will focus on what we have learned and how the strategies can be implemented in our courses.
