TOT - New Quizzes

New Quizzes will become the only quiz option in Canvas by summer 2022. We will present an overview of New Quizzes, a comparison of "Classic" vs "New" Quizzes and when to make the switch (Comparison Document (Links to an external site.)). • Learn the new question types and features in New Quizzes; how to shuffle questions/answers, add time/attempt limits, manage what students see when they complete the quiz.
• How to moderate a quiz and add additional time or attempts; create a new Assign To for students with accommodations.
• Use Item Banks to make a quiz unique for each students (Item Banks replace Question Banks/Groups).
• How to view a student's submission in SpeedGrader and Regrade if necessary.
• Learn how to migrate an existing Classic quiz (without Question Groups or Banks) over to New Quizzes
