Kate Holloway (she/her/hers) is the Graduate Assistant for the Provost's Teaching Fellows. Kate received her BS in HDFS at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2017 (MIZ...) and her Master's in HDFS in 2019 here at UT. Outside of her work with the PTFs Kate is a fourth-year doctoral student in Human Development and Family Sciences and her research interests focus on the influence of racial discrimination on family functioning. She is currently the Graduate Student Representative in her department where she works as a liasion between the faculty and graduate students. In addition, she is the Communications Director for the Graduate Student Assembly where she works to voice concerns of graduate students.
